we have gone to this ponderosa for about 20 years!!Not no more the food bars lights have dirt a inch thick on top of them waiting to fall in to the food this store is not clean at all i cant see how the state has left them stay open! dont they have to keep it clean?so the next time you reach under to get your food look up at the lights and you will see the dirt. the servers never come back to see if you need any refils or anything else and they expect a tip? I dont think so. we will go to carrollton to eat from now on that restaurant is clean and the food is hot and good.
