I sent a globe to my grandmothers lamp that was cracked for Breuning Glassworks to repair Feb 22, 2013. I was told it would take 10 weeks for the repair to be completed. At about 13 weeks I started to worry and emailed Marc twice regarding the globe and never got a response. At that point I panicked.
