I brought them a very nice watch over a year ago and they promised they would fix it. Four months later, I received it in the exact same "broken" condition. I returned it and got it back 3 months later after many calls...in the exact same broken condition. I returned it again and now they refuse to answer calls or return my watch. When I show up to their store, they say they are trying to get it. I don't even want them to lie anymore...I just want my watch back...broken. I believe that they have instead decided to keep it for its value. My recommendations for anyone
