Phone staff are inempt and rude. The plumber showed up 2 hours late after the two hour "window." The appointment was never entered correctly. The staff NEVER apologized for the mistake. When the plumber actually did show up (unannounced when they office said they'd call ahead), he took 1 1/2 minutes to diagnose the problem and then said it would be $89 for the call. I called the company to see if I could have some sort of a discount for the above reasons. The staff said they "couldn't afford to have people driving around for nothing." It's not like I w
