This is a horrible apartment complex. Maintenance does do anything, problems go unfixed for years. Every time it rains hard plumbing backs up into the apartments. The crime rate is horrible also, since I've lived there, there has been at least one reported rape, and car theft. Anytime you drive through the parking lot you can witness drug deals going on. There has been several domestic violence problems as well. The apartments are infested with Cockroaches, the carpet is never replaced although they will charge you when you leave to replace it.
