In an economy like this, people expect to get what they pay for. I was recently ripped off by The Blue Giraffe Day Spa in Ashland, and due to this I feel it is my duty to warn other consumers. I went in to buy a simple one hour message gift certificate for a friend. While I was there, I also decided purchased a side by side message for me and my girlfriend.
