I took my Dog in for a spade. I politely asked if I could pick her up by 4:30 pm. I was told that would be fine. I called twice during the day to check on her. When I returned at 5 pm to pick her up, the woman at the front counter prepared the paperwork and asked for my payment. I politely said "I would like to see my Dog please". She said, "Well, we finish paperwork and payment prior to releasing the Dog.". I replied, " I understand that, but I would l really like to see my Dog first".
