Horrible experience. I took an elderly lady (80 years old) there to get her hair colored and set as she had gone before. The "stylist" ALAINA JONES was rude and quick tempered. The elderly lady had a bad hip and had to use the restroom during her session (usually 2-3 hrs). Alaina quipped that she wasnt a nurses assistant and refused to help her until my client said she might pee in the seat. The last time I took her I was late picking her up as the stylist could not tell me how long it would take, just to call in 2 hrs. I called in 2 hrs and no one answered
