After over 5 years of getting my haircuts at Guy's, Bruce summarily kicked me out - all because I voiced a complaint. Here's what happened. Jimmy, one of their second tier barbers, screwed up on my appointments - twice. Both times he didn't bother writing down appointments and I got bumped both times. I show up early, wait my turn and then told " sorry, I forgot - you will have to wait longer and have someone else cut your hair.".
