It is Christmas & New Year's time. And you can get the best Roast's ( cut to any size you would like ) , they also have Tenderloin Roast's, which need no work, take out of the Sealed Plastic and put in oven for about 45-minute's. They are USDA APPROVED, have a USDA Inspector in Everyday. Also a Family member is " Food Safety Certified"! The Lessard Family are very friendly and will help you with any question's you may have.
