I had a bad experience with this business. I had my taxes done 2 weeks ago and they were supposed to E-file them but supposedly they did but they did not go through so I was supposed to be called to pick up my taxes to mail in but instead they were placed in a basket and left there until I was waiting for my tax refund but never got it so I called them and that is how I found out about my tax return. Needless to say I will never use this business again.
