I would give Ozzie's ZERO STARS if I could choose that option. Instead of my mother receiving the lovely arrangment I ordered from Ozzie's for her 70th birthday, their delivery person did not wait for her to get to the door, left a note (despite instructions to leave it at the door if no one answered), and the RUDE woman who answered the phone told her she would have to come there herself and pick up the flowers because they only deliver once.
