RESEARCH EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY BEFORE CONSIDERING RENTING FROM THEM!!! I am currently still trying to recover nearly $1,400.00 in Security Deposits from this corrupt and unethical Property Management Company...They will stone wall you, not return your calls, misrepresent the numbers, not provide receipts or any proof of their repair claims, try to convince you that everyone that has taken them to court looses!!!!(YOU GUYS GET SUED A LOT I BET)all the while hoping you just give up. I relocated to Seattle so they think that i won't drive or fly back to take
