He did not listen to our concerns about our birds beak and trimmed the upper beak (which was not overgrown) instead of the bottom beak, even after we explained that it was the lower beak that was overgrown, not the upper beak. He took our bird to the back room and trimmed the beak until it bled profusely, then cauterized it... even though there was no need for him to do that, and that was not what we wanted or asked him to do.
