I called for a cab and was told ' We'll send one'. Ten minutes later someone calls from a different number asking me if I still needed a cab. Apparently this is a multi-step process and lack of communication. Driver was unable to come in a reasonable timeframe. Do not call if you really need to get somewhere. 2014
