Although Cookeville is fortunate to have many good local restaurants, Royal House of Thai, abbreviated HOT, is one of three restaurants in Cookeville that stand out as clear winners in their type of cuisine. HOT%u2019s food is excellent, service is friendly and prompt, and the new remodeling is attractive and clean. Our favorite dishes are the Pad Thai, Panang Curry, Three Flavored Grouper, House Special Eggplant, and Thai Street Noodle with shrimp, squid, scallops and mussels. They bring a spice tray so you can make the dish as hot as you care too.
