Horrible customer service! Horrible manager! I purchased a dress from Venturas Bridal Fashions and when i went to pick it up they told me they did not have it. The clerk told me she would talk with the manager and have her give me a call. I never received the call. After trying to contact the manager again 3 times, i was finally able to get a hold of her. She was very unpleasant and told me someone else must have pick up the dress and that i would have to figure out who it was and resolve the issue myself. I reminded her that i had purchased the dress from her store%2
