Upon moving into the Springwood Apartments there have been many issues regarding neglect for their tenants. Let it be known that the abuse that we (the tenants) endure daily due to the sheer lack of interest in complying or correcting issues responsible by maintenance borders on inhumane and unethical practices. On a daily basis, and with multiple other tenants, we have to deal with poor service in in exchange for a constant increase of rent. With this comes many issues of neglect which include, but are not limited to: Freezing/malfunction of air condition
