this place is very unorganized. THEY TAKE UP TO 5 HRS FOR A NEW DONOR AND IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DONATE THAT DAY YOU HAVE TO START OVER AGAIN AND GO THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS ANOTHER DAY THAT COULD TAKE ANOTHER 5 HRS. if you call for an apt you cant get one unless you call becore 830 or you have to call every day till they have an availabk=le apt which then is a week out. what a headache!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
