These people are a joke. They are not jewelers as they claim. I had a bracelet, with diamonds and sapphires. They removed all of the stones, to add a link. Took my entire bracelet apart and now it is missing 3 stones. They said they were missing when I brought it in. NO! Filed a claim with the BBB - tried to charge me too much money for doing nothing. I would run to another state before I used these jewelers again. SAVE YOURSELF THE PRICE AND TROUBLE.
