Heritage Family Dentist

We did not have a problem with the dentists at Heritage Family, but the people who do the billing do not know what they are doing! We were always billed incorrectly. Every time we tried to figure out the bills, we were told to disregard them and they would refile them correctly. Finally we were sent a huge bill over two years after services were rendered! The person in charge of the billing is the wife of one of the dentists, so there is really no accountability or anyone to deal with to solve the problem. Save yourself a hassle and go to a professonal office.
