My wife and I are strict vegans, and she has Celiac's disease, so we are constantly careful about what we put into our bodies. This makes virtually impossible to eat out when we don't feel like cooking, or just want to taste something new. Ginger's is a cute little cafe with plenty of heart and soul. All the meat is free range, and nearly everything else on the menu is vegan! They offer plenty of gluten free and raw options, too. The servers and staff are sweet and take pride in their work.
