My vehicle was given a fail because of state legal tint that has been installed for over 10 yeas, of which 3 of those years the crooks at Just Emissions had past before. The state law has not changed in 15 years, the technician would not recalibrate his machine or change the batteris in the tester. Another vehicle was failed because of the 30 mph road test simulation to test for "emissions". No car sits at a stop light with the accelerator pressed to 30 mph with no wind. I asked the tech to place a fan in front of the vehicle to simulate 30 mph, which he refused.
