Owner does not answer phone calls or emails in a timely fashion. Costs more than most places, but I thought initially worth it as the facility was nice. I took my dog there because the facility IS nice, and appeared clean. On pick-up, I was 20 minutes early due to having to go to work, and not allowed to pick up dog after 6PM the night I returned home from DIA- which I would have been glad to do if allowed. Too bad to "ruin his day" to have someone come early to get their dog - my arrival at 7:40AM and received dog & into car by 7:45 AM. I was the ONLY on
