A few months ago we made the trek to Burlington, VT to Mirror Mirror... it's 45 minutes one way but when your kid's gotta have Urban Decay you gotta do what you gotta do... I was on a work phone call & she went in ahead of me & browsed around. Despite the fact that there were 4 clerks and only one customer NOBODY asked if she wanted help...
