I left a message with the nurses regarding a side effect of a medication. I told them I need another one prescribe due to a failed back surgery. No one ever called me back.I Was left over the weekend with horrible back spasm. I called them again and left a message for the third time and no one called me back. For a full week and a half No one called me. I called them back and gave them a peice of my mind. The nurses never apologized for the pain they caused me and they were very rude. Now I see a wonderful Doctor who apologized for their behavior. Im so lucky to have a doct
