I swear if Keno cab was not the only cheap cab company in town, I would NEVER use them ever again. TWENTY MINUTES LATE?! I called last night to set the time and called TWICE this morning to reconfirm. Then, wehen i call them when the cab is 8 min late, the dispatcher said "Oh hes on his way" then hung up. No "Im sorry" or anything of the sort! SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Then, when the cab does arrive, it is their most unsafe driver, who has previously nearly caused an accident because he was texting someone.
