First of all I would like to say I had a very nice salesman when I went into this place of business. He was very kind and sold me a wonderful washer and I decided to get a dryer as well. Then the people at the phone screwed up on my free delivery that was graciously added to my purchase. I made a courtesy call the day the set was supposed to be delivered to tell them I woulnd' be home until noon so they would know. They then decided to not load me at all and I had major need of this purchase that day. I waited all day. Then they delivered it around dark. And was pro
