I spent an hour waiting to be helped so I could possibly adopt a dog. Every cage was full of feces and the animals were being hosed down a power washer. I saw in the 'employees only' area several unused beds so all animals were sleeping on their own urine and filth. No one wanted to help me until a volunteer offered. She was then yelled at by the staff and treated worse than I was. I coucouldn't stand it anymore and drove all the way to Pueblo to adopt a better cared for dog at not only a cheaper price but a better atmosphere. Not to mention this place didnt even know
