She never asked me what I really wanted but gave me the color SHE wanted to give me. She did highlight my hair but I really was wanting something different. I didn't like the way she pulled my hair and put the blow dryer right up to my skin! She talks really really bad about people, too. I won't go there again. She really does spread a lo
