Review

I had a very disappointing experience with OtES. We made reservations and paid nearly $100 for picking up two bikes on the next day. Due to sickness we could not do the trip and they refused to reimburse us a PENNY. Any decent place would understand and give you (at least!!) some of your money back. They rip-off tourists!
