I bought a pair of Oakley snow goggles from the SunStop on 11-30-11. On 12-2-11 I took them back for a refund. I was told they were scratched and I wouldn't get a refund. They had been taken out of their protective pouch to show my husband and not taken out again until I got to the store to return them. On 12-3-11 I took them back and tried again. I was told they were scratched and I wouldn't get a refund. This time the scratch was in a different place. Neither my husband or myself could see a scratch.
