A tech from this company came to my house for service to my TV. First, he was not friendly at all! I had been trying for almost a week to turn my 2 yr old TV on with no luck. He re-plugged the cable line and power cord in, and the set turned on. I couldn't believe it! He did nothing I hadn't already done. He had quoted me a price on the telephone of $60. He was there 5 minutes tops, and before leaving asked me how I heard of him. I told him I got his name from the phonebook and also online. He charged me $15 more for calling a phone number I obtained onlin
