I responded to his ad on Craigs list looking to buy a car for my 17yr old daughter. I obtained the VIN number over the phone and ran a CarFax report - Gordon said he didn't have access to CarFax. CarFax reported one life time owner, no issues with the vehicle, etc. I test drove it (battery had to be jumped) and a new battery was promised. Long story short ... I purchased the car that night but Gordon asked me to leave it with him so he could put a new battery in it, clean it up inside and check all the fluid levels.
