BUTCHER AT BLACK SWAN Just to preface%u2026I do have a point of reference having had these same treatments performed prior to the Black Swan Spa, the only difference being, the prior treatments were administered by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in New York. I have waited a week to voice my concerns as I was hoping they would dissipate. Please note that when I had these treatments done prior by the Surgeon in New York, not one of these issues were present pursuant to the treatments being administered.
