They where fixing a computer for someone in my office. I called to check on the status of the diagnosis and I was told that they had other computers in front of mine but they would get to it shortly. I took that time to get their pricing, and realized at that point I could buy a new computer for the same cost essentially. I asked them to not diagnose the problem because I would just reinstall windows myself. The man I was speaking with immediately changed his story and said my computer was on the bench right now being worked on. It was sad he would lie to get my $25 but
