The owner of this business is the rudest most disrespectful business owner I have ever encountered. I have never spoken to a business owner who was as rude or obnoxious as she is. She basically told me that if "I don't like it I don't have to shop with them." I'm sorry but that is just BAD BUSINESS! If YOU and YOUR staff have misinformed a customer and it is your fault, you should do all in your power to make it right for that customer so that you can keep their business and that of their friends/acquaintances.
