We paid close to $500 to advertise in the Claims Pages directory printed/published by Nationwide Publishing Company. At 5/1/09, we were told the directory was to be printed in approximately 3 weeks. We called after 3 weeks passed and were told that it would be another 3 weeks. Again, we called after the 3 weeks expired, and again, were told it would be 3 weeks. Guess what? We called last week and were told - that's right - it will be 3 weeks before the directory is scheduled to be delivered. Bottom line - find another publisher if you need timely service. If we could
