I went in yesterday & A young woman named Liz in fish&reptile dept. was so nice, listened to what I needed, & figured out best product for me. I had gone to Big Al's Aquarium & they were no help, Thank you Liz, and thank you Pet Supermarket for hiring an informative, and customer service driven young lady, My problem is solved and my turtle pond is already cleaner by just putting that filter in it!!!!
