Went to get annual dental readiness exam, reqd. for military. Gave specific reqs of exam, & they agreed to call insurance to verify coverage. On day of appt. they verified (3rd time) that the service was covered (they assured me they called). Turns out, certain services they performed were not covered. Upon 1st inquiry, the clerk stated that they NVR call until service is completed! The mgr. refused to address the misinformation, &instead accused me of not wanting to pay a $30 overage.
