I went to exotic ink a month ago to get a tattoo that had done in Germany covered up. They charged me 300 dollars and did an excellent job. He told me to come back in three weeks to have to smoke added to my dragon. I was so excited I went back three days later and that's when the nightmare happened. I took in a picture I wanted so he could make a stencil. He said he preferred to work free hand.
