I entered this store looking for mattresses which were located in the rear of the store. On my way in I passed 3 feet in front of an elderly female employee seated at a desk around midway located in the store. She did not acknowledge my presence. Then on my way to the back I passed an elderly male employee behind the showroom cash register. He did not acknowledge me though I passed 5 feet in front of him. I took a long time checkiing out each mattress but was not helped by the two employees who were now greeting other customers who came in after me. I received a call on my
