New owner, improved decor, wait staff upgrade from former local employees. but food quality has declined dramatically. Salad bar- lettuce was all hearts of iceberg, peaches were from an old can, cole slaw was not fresh, silverware was salvation army rejects, but the meat was: wife's filet was mostly gristle, my prime rib was cool tasteless and tough. We ask for a bill, left our meal 1/3 eaten and the staff was unable to make credit card charge. Left full price in cash and drove to another resturant for supper.
