Diappointed, called to ask some pricing questions, and had diffficult time getting an answer. I kept leaving a number and not sure why they not get back to me. I tried several times and could not get an answer. So I tried a few other places and recieve service from Ferrellgas who gave me a better price in Waterloo than I had been getting at my old location, so I switched both. Service has been great and they have called back to check on me to make sure they are "meeting my expecations". So, I guess they did me a favor here.
