Speech Enhancement offers licensed speech-language pathologist and audiologists, assessing and treating patients who have speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive, swallowing, hearing and oral-motor disorders. Our Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists complete formal and informal evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for children through adults. Our highly qualified staff works in schools, nursing homes and our private Olympia Fields Clinic. We often work cooperatively with a team of allied health professions, e.g., physicians, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, physical therapists and audiologists. We focus primarily on: * Speech Language Pathology * Speech Therapy * Contractual Services to School Districts and Nursing Homes In addition, services rendered through our contractual agreement with nursing homes address: * Stroke * Dementia * Alzheimer's * Parkinson’s * Traumatic Brain Injury Through our contractual services to school districts, we provide a clinic for on-site evaluations and therapy sessions. As for programs, currently we offer speech camp and an aural rehabilitation program. Also, we train new graduates and offer supervision for speech paraprofessionals and clinical fellows. To meet school districts growing needs, Speech Enhancement provides fully licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathology Paraprofessionals (SLP-P). Led by Tasha L.
