After hearing wonderful comments about this facility, I was completely disappointed at the physical condition of the Stillman Room. The room was dirty, the table cloths were upside down, chairs were rickety, the mirrors were chipped and broken and dirty, the hurricanes were dirty (even though we were told they were clean), some of the food was burnt, I found out that some of the promised foods for the menu were substituted with other foods, they ran out of plates (and it was extremely difficult to find personnel to get more), there were no knives for guests to use, some of
