I recently purchased a used 2001 Ford Escape from Continental Mazda in Naperville. I was told the sun roof did not close properly on its own so they closed it and took out the fuse so no one would accidently open it, thus leaving it open. I was not told that it leaked. I was also not told that the back hatch would not lock when the vehicle was locked through the remote (you cannot manually lock or unlock the hatch, it has to done through the remote). So I've been forced to use it without locking it until it can be fixed which is a safety issue. I was also not
