Each meal I've had has been a delight, meat always tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned. Try the beet salad for a delicious, refreshing treat. Sample the herb teas for a different accompaniment with your meal, my favorite is the jasmine green tea. Ask what the fresh fish of the day is, the chef prepares it to your liking or let him surprise you with his wonderful blending of spices and sauces. Broiled, sauteed it is all so very good.
