Wildwood Springs has been the most unsuitable living environment for me and my family since day 1. Our first summer here we got to get in the pool 2x's due to their "pool control policy". Our first neighbors were cooking crystalmeth and management expressed a complete disinterest in this problem and never did anything about it. The cops watch our apts and there are constant drug busts. A tenant was arrested twice from his home in a 24 hour period for assault and was not evicted for these arrests, but if you're late on your rent 2x's they will evict you. Mgm
