This place is great. The quality freshness and customer service is tops. The taste and quality are up there with the Whole Foods of the world with out the whole paycheck prices. These guys know their stufff and will custom trim and cut to order. Don't see what you want in the case it is in the back they will bring out the beast and cut it for you. Their homemade sausage with out MSG, artificial colorings or flavorings are are favorites, I love the Spicy Cajun Chicken Sausage, Lamb with Green Onion, Italian Sweet and Hot, the fresh brats in summer.
